Arcadia Grove is a learning experience. Document everything. I've had issues with management, and although I could work on my own temper, I HATE being lied to, having my lease altered WEEKS after I signed it, or having a bogus charge put on my account one time (which was ultimately resolved but shouldnt have ever happened im the first place).
My #1 issue with this place is the tap water. Sometimes it's clear, like normal. A lot of the time it's orange with sediments. Maintenance has been helpful when I make requests, but once again my pipes are getting loaded with sediment and God knows what in this water!!!! It really sucks when you can't bathe in your own apartment. I have lots of evidence that this has been happening on and off, and it largely started with maintenance shutting off my water without ANY notice 6 months ago....which led to them having to replace multiple pipes inside the walls of my bathroom due to sediments completely clogging EVERYTHING after the water was turned back on.
I wish I had better things to say but this is the way it is.
Not a fan of the apartments, but the maintenance guys are great. Really friendly and do an awesome job. Specifically, Niel does a great job.
Submitted an application for an apartment (which cost me $100) and was told the apartment would be held. Within two days I received a call that the apartment had been leased and there were no units available. They've refused a refund even though they couldn't possibly have processed my application in this time. Can't believe this blatant theft.

I have loved living at Arcadia Grove! The 2 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath is a really nice layout and the maintenance crew is so kind and they get things done quickly. Arcadia also does fun events such as movie nights by the pool and they have special weekly events such as waffle Wednesdays and popcorn Fridays. The pool is so nice too! The only issue I have run into is that the washers and dryers are sometimes broken for extended periods of time and in my building only 1 washer seems to be consistent in working.
Giving 5 stars to the maintenance staff, especially Neil! He responds quickly to maintenance requests and ensures that the residents are satisfied with his work before he leaves the job.
I’ve been a resident here for years and this past weekend my car got towed due to an expired parking pass that I was unaware of. Office management told me they sent out an email 11 months ago, and it of course got sent to my old email therefore I was unaware and do not have them on social media to find out any news otherwise. They towed my car for $260 when the parking passes here are free and they can clearly see in their system I’m a resident and pay my rent on time every month. I just resigned here and they couldn’t even have the common decency to tell me that my parking pass from almost a YEAR ago was sitting in their office, instead they took it up by towing me. I definitely would not recommend living here as they do not care about you and your concerns. Also, the managers here are very rude and not professional.
i hope its known arcadia grove deleted/hid my first review. lived here from from august 2021 to april 2023, one of the worst living experiences i have ever dealt with. maintenance crew seems to be all high school dropouts, office people are rude and terrible, the apt itself was quite literally garbage
